Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with any original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number found in the order confirmation email.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To start a return, you can contact us at mrpikemt@pikewhisperer.com or by calling us at (406) 218-9019 and letting us know why you want to return your items. You must contact us before shipping any items back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

Unless there were issues during shipping, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your items back to us. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Shipping Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Bite Me Flies Fly Warranty

Any obvious defects in workmanship will be covered. Tooth damage and boat impacts as well as damage from hitting your flies on rocks don’t count. If you have any questions about the condition of your flies please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
